What?

Creative Collaboration is a workshop based around the principles of open innovation.  This means working with other companies, sharing the risks and rewards of innovation.  You will learn how companies are embracing new techniques and technologies to co-create value, and then try them yourself for real.  In the process you will experience creativity at the crossover, be coached to develop the necessary open mindset and meet a new network of interesting and diverse people.

Who?

Open innovation agency 100%Open and creative thinking consultancy Catalyx are collaborating to bring you this programme.  Catalyx brings the creative and 100%Open the collaboration.   We're extending this invitation to an explosive mixture of multi-nationals and innovative small companies so you will be in interesting company.

Why?

Business is undergoing a social revolution and in the process opening new ways of collaborating. Open innovation is becoming mainstream but how do you ensure it is successful for you?  Fast creative thinking is essential for differentiating your brand, but how do you turn it on?

How?

You will hear first-hand case histories and experience co-creation exercises that expand your mindset and improve your collaboration IQ. Then you get a chance to co-create with other attendees.

Please bring along an innovation opportunity or problem (one that will need collaboration to solve and that is hard to crack internally).   One that's important to your company.   Together we will invent new solutions and use a co-creation template to write an outline business case and plan.  Then we vote and the winner gets a prize!  Here are some problem examples from 100%Open clients:

  1. How can the LEGO Group increase the use of environmentally friendly alternatives to current production materials such as ABS while maintaining the perceived quality of the finished product?
  2. Can you help P&G stop its active ingredients from going down the drain? - Technologies to efficiently deliver surfactant soluble actives from rinse off products
